1. About these terms
Yumtick is a product operated by Skillforte Private Limited, a company registered in Pakistan. These Terms of Use apply when you access Yumtick, create a restaurant account, publish a menu, place an order, or otherwise use the platform. By using Yumtick, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. Restaurant users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly update account details. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Restaurant responsibilities
Restaurants control their menus, prices, taxes, availability, operating hours, offers, payment methods, order acceptance, fulfilment, refunds to customers, food quality, licensing, and legal compliance. Restaurants must keep published information accurate and honour confirmed orders according to their stated terms. Yumtick provides the ordering platform but is not the restaurant, food seller, delivery provider, or payment recipient for customer orders unless expressly stated.
4. Customer orders
An order submitted through Yumtick is sent to the selected restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for confirming and fulfilling it. Availability, preparation time, delivery areas, charges, and payment arrangements are determined by the restaurant. Customers must provide accurate contact and fulfilment information and pay the restaurant using the selected method.
5. Customer information and communications
Restaurants may use customer information only for handling orders, providing service, maintaining lawful records, and communications the customer has permitted. Restaurants must not misuse, sell, expose, or send unlawful spam to customer contacts. WhatsApp and other third-party communications remain subject to those providers’ terms.
6. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Paid features may require an active subscription. Current plan details, billing periods, trial terms, and prices are shown when offered or communicated by Yumtick. Unless stated otherwise, fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable after service access is activated, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise. Failure to pay may pause or limit restaurant access and public ordering.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Yumtick for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity; upload content that infringes another person’s rights; attempt to access another account; bypass security or usage limits; disrupt the platform; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the service at scale without permission; or misrepresent your identity or business.
8. Content and intellectual property
Restaurants retain ownership of content they upload and grant Skillforte Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, adapt for display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote their Yumtick menu and provide the service. Yumtick, its software, branding, design, and platform materials belong to Skillforte Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or exploited without permission.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Yumtick reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, updates, security events, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Yumtick at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where payment is overdue, these terms are breached, activity creates risk for users or the platform, or the law requires it. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yumtick is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Skillforte Private Limited is not responsible for restaurant food, fulfilment, customer conduct, third-party services, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected subscription during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights or procedures that applicable law requires. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter with us directly.
13. Updates and contact
