Yumtick is a product of Skillforte Private Limited, a company registered in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when restaurants use the Yumtick platform and when customers browse a restaurant menu or place an order through it.
2. Information we collect
Restaurant account information: restaurant and branch names, owner or team contact details, email addresses, WhatsApp and phone numbers, login information, addresses, operating hours, and account preferences.
Restaurant content: menus, item names, descriptions, prices, images, logos, offers, payment instructions, and other information a restaurant publishes.
Order information: customer name, phone number, order items, delivery or collection details, notes, payment choice, order status, and related timestamps.
Subscription information: selected plan, billing period, payment status, and payment proof uploaded for review. We do not ask customers to provide card details directly to Yumtick when ordering from a restaurant.
Technical and usage information: device and browser details, IP address, visited pages, menu opens, interactions, diagnostics, and security logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Yumtick, create and maintain accounts, display restaurant menus, process and route orders, support subscriptions, provide reports, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
4. How information is shared
Order information is shared with the restaurant receiving the order. Information may also be handled by service providers that support hosting, storage, communications, analytics, security, and platform operations. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a lawful business restructuring. We do not sell personal information.
5. WhatsApp and third-party services
Yumtick can open WhatsApp with order or support information prepared for you. Your use of WhatsApp and any other third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices. Restaurants are independently responsible for how they use customer information after receiving an order.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage where needed to keep users signed in, remember cart or interface choices, maintain security, understand use of the service, and ensure core features work. Browser settings can limit these technologies, but parts of Yumtick may then stop working correctly.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accurate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain uses. Restaurants can update much of their account and menu information within Yumtick. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, disputes, or legitimate business records.
9. Children’s privacy
Yumtick is intended for restaurants and customers able to enter lawful transactions. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes and contact
