Do you take a commission on orders?
Never. Orders go straight from your customer to you — you keep the full amount.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own menu, hours, orders and team. Customers choose the branch first, then order.
How do payments work?
You decide which options to accept: online payment, cash on delivery, or pay at the restaurant. Once money is received, you mark the order paid with the method used.
What happens outside opening hours?
Customers can still browse the full menu, but ordering is closed until you open again.
How do I get paid for Yumtick itself?
After the 7-day trial, transfer the plan amount to our bank account and upload the screenshot inside your portal. We verify it and your account and menu links stay live.
Will I lose my menu if I stop?
No. Your menu, items and customer list stay in your account. Pay again and everything switches back on.
